New Clients / Assessments for Letters

Clinicians require a brief complimentary screening call for all potential new clients.

 

Clients interested only in a single session assessment for a letter in support of gender affirming medical care may schedule this without a screening call.

Current Clients

Current clients can click on the "Client Portal" button below to schedule or cancel appointments,

access billing, and access secure messages from their clinician by logging into the client portal.

Fees & Payment 

​

Beginning February 1, 2024, The Center for Community Healing will begin accepting Quartz. It is your responsibility to verify with your insurer that your coverage can be used for services at The Center.

​

For those who do not have Quartz, services will be charged out of pocket at the following rates:

​

Sessions range from $225- $250 for a 53+ minute session, depending upon provider

​

Please ask your provider about their administration fees related to completing documentation or updated letters in support of gender affirming care
